Arnold J. Levine, ESQ has been practicing law nearly 25 years.  Mr. Levine has successfully defended clients charged with Drug Sales and Possession, Murder, Sex Crimes, Domestic Violence, RICO (organized crime), Enterprise Corruption, White Collar Crimes, DWI, Robbery and Assault. He has extensive trial experience and knowledge of the New York State and Federal Court systems.  Mr. Levine has successfully argued cases in the NY Court of Appeals and NY State Appellate Division.

Mr. Levine has had many high profile cases that were featured in the NY Post, NY Daily News, NY One, and NBC News.  He has lectured for the NY State Bar Association, NYS Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, NYS Legal Aid Society and the NY County Defenders.  Mr. Levine is a Vice President of NY State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and hold a seat as a Board Member of the NY Criminal Bar Association.  He was also an Adjunct Legal Writing Professor at NY Law School.

Mr. Levine is admitted to the NY State Bar, Eastern & Southern Districts of NY and the Second Circuit Court Appeals.  He started his law firm in 2004, after practicing at the Legal Aid Society in Manhattan Criminal Defense Office, including two years as a Supervisor and Trial Trainer.
